"2/10/24 just left this office 1:45pm , I always come here for my glasses and contacts , I walk in to ask to order contacts and get a trial pair because my current contacts are old and I’ve never had an issue getting a trial pair and the Brunette desk girl was immediately giving me attitude for no reason, especially because I wanted a trial pair????. I asked kindly for what I needed and she felt the need to be incredibly unfriendly. I said I’ll go elsewhere because of her rudeness. Ruined my entire day."

"I had a wonderful experience at Pearle today. Dr. Hanson was thorough and made sure to address all of my needs. He was very kind and kept my budget in mind when it came to my contacts. For glasses I worked with Linh, and she was absolutely phenomenal. I got two cute pairs of glasses with her expert help. She’s a total pro and knows exactly what she’s doing. The store itself is new, very clean, and I personally loved their selection of eyewear. Will absolutely be returning here for my yearly exam and all of my eyewear/contacts needs, as well as recommending them to all of my friends and family. 11/10 experience."

"As soon as I walked in, I noticed that no one said anything to me. There were no other customers present. So, I then said, Good afternoon... Still with 3 employees in the place, no one responded to me except an Asian lady, and she responded ONLY after I said, "I'm Regina Cameron, and I have an appointment at 1:30 She then handed me a clipboard with paper to fill out, and she pointed and said something that I didn't hear, so I said, "What did you say? She responded, A pen there... As I'm filling out the paperwork, another customer came in, and everyone greeted her with a hello, a smile, and can I help you.... I was done when I saw that interaction! I then stated to the lady that im having second thoughts about being here and why I was leaving.... And that's because I did not get the same greeting that i deserved as that other customer did! KSo why would I trust them to do right by me... And yes, I am a person of color.... And I do hope that the next optical office I enter into will expect, except, and greet me as I am, a paying customer."
