"I took my daughter to this clinic. I asked them if they could check our benefits and eligibility, and they told me not to worry. They were in network with our plan and saw patients with the kind of insurance we had daily. In two weeks, they sent me a bill of over $400 stating that my insurance declined to pay the claim. I called them multiple times, but they have yet to answer their phones. Healthcare providers are responsible for checking eligibility before the visit. They should clearly explain patient responsibility and coverage to each patient. There is no way the patient can be scapegoated when providers neglect their responsibility and have a flawed process."
"First impressions were great: warm, nicely decorated waiting area and intake nurse Kristin super sweet and friendly. Then met with Dr Varun. Was blown away by her warmth and compassion. She explained things about TMD in great detail that was incredibly appreciated. She was happy to answer any and all questions, and explained several options to treat my condition - explaining how some may or may not work. She spent over an hour with me and didn’t act at all rushed. That made me feel “heard” and appreciated as a patient and as a human. Dr. Varun is cream of the crop!"
"Current patient of this clinic - was told and provided an estimate on paper that a sleep apnea mouth guard would cost me $0 out-of-pocket and that I would only need to pay for the co-pays for the office visit, so I went ahead and agreed to moving forward with treatment. Then today I get a bill for $400? I expect the estimate I was provided before agreeing to services to be honored. I will happily update this review if this is corrected. Update: my insurance company confirmed today that this clinic didn't even call my insurance company to confirm coverages before telling me and providing me an estimate that stated I would pay $0 for treatment. I feel like this is predatory billing practices, so if you are referred here please beware!"
