"Would not recommend for Family therapy a lack of honesty and professionalism. There were things written negatively towards me that I did not say and it was misunderstood what I meant with other stuff. As if Lakeland chose one side over another. The results were little to no progress the therapy was stopped before it hardly began. They did do good at getting it started once it started everyone quit except for me."
"They don't really listen/ care about your problems. They will not help you if you're in a financial hardship. All you are to them is a price tag."
"very helpful. i began receiving case management much earlier than i expected which i am extremely thankful for. they worked with me to get services while i was waiting for medicaid approval, and most of the other services were covered by medicare. the crisis line has helped me survive some horrible times as well."
"I recommend this place to everyone. I had a therapist there at Lakeland back in 2019, and she was very nice. She listened to what I had to say, and she seemed to care about my mental health more than Prairie St. John's did. My therapist was easy to talk to, and she helped me figure out I had borderline personality disorder. If I wasn't attending school in Duluth now, I'd probably still be going there for therapy."
