"I rent a Suite from Nita and Bob They are the franchise owners of this Phenix Salon Suites.I have rent my suite for 5 years in May.So after adjusting to not running the show any more .I have been a stylist for 43 years and I have owned Stephens Salon for 30 years and I had a little to get used to believe it or not to not doing everything.I looked at Solo Salon My Salon Suites and Phenix Salon Suites.I chose Phenix for location location location I also am used to my way so we were able to build are Suite to how we like it.I find this a big plus the others they have them all uniform they see that as a plus I do not I like that every Suite looks different if you want to be very plain or high end it is your choice not the Suites.You pay for it but 43 years has taught me you have to spend money to make money.We have done great and Bob and Nita hold up there end .They keep It up to what they are in control of. If you are looking for Suite rental and you want it your way Phenix Salon Suites is for you. And Bob and Nita really care about there renters and even though there cost and rents have went no we’re they are covering are rent through this Virus Shutdown do I need to say more Roseville Phenix Salon Suites is 5 stars"
"I went to see Mai for individual lash extensions in SUITE 109 because the lash tech I normally see went out of town. Three days later I ONLY HAVE 4 lash extensions left. VERY DISAPPOINTING. If I knew this is how my lashes would look, I would’ve saved my money and waited! I requested a full refund and was only given a partial refund. Highly upset because now I not only wasted money on services I now have to pay another lash tech more money to fix this."
