"Don't live here unless you want your car broken into several times. Been here for a year and have had my window smashed twice and my passenger side forced open three times. And if you report it to the office they won't do anything about it."
"Units are nice and somewhat reasonably priced. Package receiving is a joke. Don’t bother ordering anything to the address unless it will be USPS and put in your mailbox-otherwise it will be stolen. Maintenance is usually timely but doesn’t always fix entire issue/replace items when they need to be. Laundry is also a joke. Units are always down- I have resorted to paying triple at a laundromat just so I can have working units in a clean space."
"It took a while longer than I expected-I put in the request a week or so before the maintenance person came, which is unusual. But he did a good job of handling the problem."
"Affordable rent that incluses heat, and the garage parking is very affordable! However... The back alley for garage parking is slanted, which wouldn't be a problem expect KRC doesn't salt back there. It ends up being a 45° angle that is sheer ice from December - April. Luckily I'm young, but I feel bad for the elderly in our building. The laundry room is a disaster. At any given time 3/5 washers or dryers are out of order. This has been the case consistently since I moved in during the summer of 2020. There are over 60 units in our building, it's time for these to be upgraded and become reliable. Management is responsive, but doesn't do much. We asked for updated security at our entrance and video footage related to packages being stolen. Both these requests were initially responded to but then left without resolution after we followed up"
