"Throughout construction, walking access past The Abbot was quite often a variation of what is seen in the attached photo. Sometimes that meant a tilted sheet of ice, other times a six inch deep pool of slush trapped by the ice that neither the owners of The Abbot nor their contracted construction company bothered to address. The lack of concern for people impacted by their brazen negligence gives us a clear picture of how they'll treat the community and anyone tricked into living in the building they constructed."
