"I moved in june 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, I loaded up the pod, I was not informed that they are not cleaned after each usage, after delivering it to my new location after a few hiccups with my closing date. Each time charging me alot of money for changing the delivery dates after moving my stuff in new location, any furniture withcloth, such as mattresses , couch etc. Smelled really bad, also my mattress had bed bugs. If you choose to go this route make sure you go into pod with a good disinfectant and spraywasher! ! I ended up having to get rid of some of the furniture because of the awful smell. Also I unloaded things very quickly within 4 days. Company allowed me a month, I asked them to come to get pod. They had no one to pick up pod. It blocked my driveway for 3 weeks. I hate moving,"

"Our initial experience having the storage units delivered and picked up was good. We chose to have the units stored. Now, we are 2 yrs later when trying to get our units locally delivered and we are gate kept by Corporate packrat from being able to reach this local facility. We are hoping for a 9am delivery tomorrow but not able to get into contact with the facility. The company originally promised that time. Upon calling back today, they said AM slot is the best they can do. I have 8 friends planning on coming out tomorrow. Very disappointed. I will update my review based on how this goes."
