"I received a gift certificate for an initial eyelash service, and Becky allowed me to use it even after it was expired. The lashes looked great at first, but within a week, they had ALL fallen off. I contacted Becky a few days after my appointment, and she attributed it to natural spring shedding. I double-checked the eye products I was using to ensure everything was compatible with the lashes. I had used a makeup setting spray that had propylene glycol in it, but she did not seem concerned that it had affected the lashes. Every time I touched my lashes, whether putting on makeup or waking up in the morning, more lashes would fall off. I could see that it was the glue releasing, and not my real eyelashes shedding. Either this is a product or a technique failure. I was completely disappointed for the time I invested. Also not impressed with Becky's superficial responses about the process and my few questions."

"Becky was very warm and welcoming. Makes you feel super comfortable! She does such a fantastic job on your lashes and you cannot even tell she is doing anything she is so gentle. One of the guys I work with said you cannot even tell they are extension and that he just thought I had mascara on. Everyone that has seen me since I had them put on has said how great they look. I have followed Becky from 3 studio locations because she is that good. Becky truly cares about her customers like friends and treats them like family. The quality is on point and retention is the best I have experienced- I typically see her every 3-4 weeks and only need a full. She is professional, always learning new techniques and great company!"
