"Lived here for 2 years. I've lived in 6 different places over the years and this place is by far the best. They have a garage for parking and a lot for guests. They have an outdoor pool and playground. They have washers and dryers inside each apartment. The maintenance is fast and easy. I love this place!"
"First of all, the location is amazing! So quiet and picturesque. The hallways are well lit and clean. They're upgrading apartments and I got to see one, beautiful flooring and a great updated look altogether. For the price, they're a steal!"
"We moved into an apartment where young men lived. The carpet was gross on My move in sheet. Not painted. We got charged after 6 years for carpet and walls. Money Hungry company. Also new Office Manager is lazy. Dsnt walk the property to make sure things are kept up. Always lights out in the parking lot. Work orders need to be told more than 3 times to get done. I would never move into a Stuart Property again. Not even one star. I’ve noticed when you put a bad review?, the Management dsnt Acknowledge the Opinion."
"Seems like a great place to live. Visited friends who live there, and they are very happy with their overall experience. That can be quite rare these days, as we all know. They took us on a tour of the complex including the pool, gym, game/activity room, garage, car wash, etc. I have to say I'm impressed. The amenities are great, the grounds are well kept and nicely wooded and landscaped, the staff seems very accommodating, and the elevators operate fairly quickly. Overall, a great place from everything I can tell."
"The apartments are old and very rarely updated. The carpet in my apartment was original (20 years)If you smoke cigarettes don't plan on getting your damage deposit back when you move, they will use that as their excuse. Don't bother cleaning either, no matter how much you clean, you will not get your deposit back! Power was lost during storms , that should NOT happen when a big company like Stuart owns the building. No heat, water, or electricity for 3 days!! Maintenance took days to fix problems like the ceiling in laundry room leaking form above apartment. Some things promised to fix never got done. I would not recommend Coachman Trails to anyone."
