The program follows the Linehan model of DBT and is certified by MN DHS. Clients meet with their individual therapist weekly and attend a two-hour skills group for at least 26 weeks. DBT is effective for conditions such as borderline personality disorder, depression, PTSD, impulsivity, eating disorders, and some forms of anxiety.
