"They never fix things, and when they do it’s not done properly. And you have to pay for repairs out of pocket, because it takes them months, and I had to wait over a year and they never came to repair my washer and dryer, so I had to buy my own washer and dryer. My refrigerator went out 3 times and the on call maintenance person never picked up the call, or came. My refrigerator went out on a Thursday, and no one was in the office on Friday, nor thur the weekend, nor Monday! Finally the manager at the time called me on Tuesday, and a maintenance person came on Wednesday, but I had over $300 in food that went bad because on the lack of proper management. I asked to be reimbursed, and they would not because I didn’t have a receipt, but I had my bank statements form the grocery store, and they wouldn’t except that, even tho it said Cub Foods. They wouldn’t reimburse me for the washer and dryer I had to buy. The grounds are always dirty because they don’t have a caretaker to clean up, and the management wouldn’t clean, so up residents that care about were we live walk around cleaning. They have a path that they are supposed to be maintaining and the refuse to do that as well. All the care about is rent and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE!!! We are contacting legal counsel to look into the poor treatment they give the residents. They are NOT good people/company to rent from."

"These town homes are built with the lowest quality materials. The foundations are shifting and that is why the nails are coming out of sheet rock. Ceilings and walls are cracking, baseboards are screwed in. And lots of drug activity. Maintenance requests never even get acknowledged. And don't ever expect the office to be open. Even now when Coronavirus is at its lowest and every establishment is open. But don't expect a call back either. For maintenance purposes, complaints, concerns, questions. That's how this place rolls. I did tell you the foundations are shifting right, gas and electricity those utility bills are extremely high because these places are not sealed properly. Utilitiy bill in the summer to keep your AC at 70° will cost about $250-$300 a month."

"New manager that came in, Donna is rude. I asked for her help at my house and turned me away. She didn’t answer my calls until a week later. She said that she would visit my house and see the problems that I told her on the phone, but she never did. Overall, she has been the worst manager this place has seen. Amy and the rest of the former managers have treated this place better than this current manager."

"Hello, I wrote a different review awhile ago. Building structures are still horrible in my particular home. But.....I will give our dues where dues belong. Amy our new property manager has been awesome in sticking up for the Tennant's who live on the property. There are still stuff that needs to be fixed and changed. But hats off to the new property manager. Thank you!"
