"WORST LAB EVER!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR TRAINED NURSES. The nurse kept poking as she said " she could not find vein. SHE GOT FRUSTRADED AND GRABBED MY OTHER ARM. Aftrer she found it SHE BROKE THE VEIN WHEN SHE PULLED OUT THE NEEDLE..... .THE PAIN WAS AWFUL!!! NEXT DAY HUGE BRUISE ON MY ARM. THE BRUISE WAS EXTREMELY PAINFUL AND IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO CLEAR!! YOUR LAB NURSES NEED BETTER TRAINING AND SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOING TO HURT EITHER! WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!SHAME ON YOU HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PATIENTS!!!"

"I’ve been going to this clinic for over eight years and the doctor that I had used to take me when I wasn’t her patient she would get me in —she would squeeze me in so I could see her and now that she’s my doctor— I was late even though I called and told them- I’d be late because I was stuck in traffic- I left with enough time to get there but traffic was horrible even the back roads-they told me they would take me as long as I got here at 8:35 AM. However I got there at 8:30 and she refuses to take me -so now as her patient I am not worthy, but when I wasn’t her patient, then she would accept me and take me in when I wasn’t scheduled. This is the worst service that I’ve had with Park Nicollet in over the 8 + years Today I’m firing my doctor Dr.A.C. I am no longer going to go to this clinic anymore."

"I have been going to the obgyn department here for the last few years and have had great experiences. Amy at the front desk is very friendly, the nurses are kind and helpful, and Dr Sherran and Dr Ott are great to work with! Dr Sherran saw me throughout my first pregnancy and was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, personable, and took my thoughts and feelings into consideration when it came to our care. We are so thankful for her!"

"Absolutely the worst lab experience of my life. I'd never felt anxious getting blood drawn before. Lady kept touching me with broken gloves and digging around my arm with a needle trying to find my artery. ended up sticking me in both arms and barely finding something and getting enough blood for each tube. Probably not even enough if I'm honest. I have the most massive artery on my left arm to stick into and somehow she still didn't find it. I found it in 2 seconds and pointed to it for her. She chose to ignore it! So now I have a big bruise on my left arm and my right arm as well. Also let me just add that they have these weird booster seat high chair things you sit in that are incredibly awkward. This was my first time at this clinic because HP Bloomington was closed. Never settling for this place again if I'm allowed some choice. People deserve better than whatever that lady was doing."
