"Absolutely horrendous. 1st year I was with them was good, but 2nd year rates doubled out of nowhere with no driving violations, no one would contact me back when i called, secretary was rude and did not know what her job entailed, and i was shorted $200 of a policy i canceled 4 days after paying for my renewal. I would suggest the allstate shop on 2nd St SW across from Sargent's if you would like to use Allstate for insurance. He was great."
