"Southsider apartments in Minneapolis has been a great experience so far. Drew was the person who worked with me in getting an apartment here and she is awesome. She is super friendly and answered any questions I had. Haven’t gotten to meet any others from the leasing office but have talked with them on the phone and they were very friendly as well. Even people working around the building always ask how my day is going and make it a pleasant space to be!"
"My packages were constantly stolen, with no response from management. For some reason the alarm in the lobby was going off for days, the residents and randos loitered around the property at all hours. The moving carts were stolen and management wasn’t even aware of it. Weight room equipment was stolen and never replaced. Somebody from maintenance just randomly walked into my apartment one day… I feel like this place gets worse every month. Do not live here."
"They took the door handles off the side entrances/exits, so now you can only go in through the front, despite there always being people in front desperate to interact with anyone who comes by. Not great safety wise, also looks incredibly unprofessional with paper signs labeled 'exit only' on them. I've been assaulted twice (in front of the building) here--I need to be able to escape, this neighborhood aint safe like that. The front door alarm goes off frequently for weeks at a time. You will be paying ALL of your utilities, billed from the notoriously scam-like YES Energy. The custodial staff are a wonderful group of people, and I do feel bad for them as many of the residents treat the halls as trash, toilet, and shopping cart depos, but they maintain a clean building (as best they can)."
