"Joel (Shannon's best employee) came in and cleaned our carpet. He was very professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and patient while cleaning the carpet. He explained the process, and was able to do a great job. 5 starts!!! Shannon is very humble, courteous, and provides an exceptional customer service. I will remember him for sure next time I need anything with carpet done, and provide referrals. I got his referral from another carpet company who didnt have the right equipment to clean my Berber carpet at the time when I scheduled I didn't know, but Shannon was able to accommodate an appointment the next day."
