U.S. Bank Branch

"The only ATM at this location is in tbe main drive up window lane so it is impossible to use unless.you sit and wait forever in the line , this is now the only US bank location in anoka, this is beyond annoying and ridiculous!"

"The drive up is the slowest drive up I've ever been to. As I'm writing this I have been sitting in line for 20 minutes. It's ridiculous. Never been to a bank that was so slow processing drive-thru transactions. Update: 8/2023. Holy good God. It's actually even worse now. Do they not have any help."

"Had a meeting scheduled to open 2 checking accounts. Received 4 text reminders, 1 email reminder. Went to bank doors locked (yes it was snowing). Never received any notification that appointment was cancelled. Tried calling branch, cant even leave voicemail. Called main USBank customer service for a number, they gave me a number for the closed branch in Anoka. Tried calling the next day and nobody answers again...DONE WITH USBANK, horrible customer service.. TOTALLY UNDERSTAND BEING CLOSED DUE TO WEATHER, NO NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION….mind you I received 4 text reminders the day before, and an email reminder on the day of."
