"Tried to get in touch with them a number of times via email and phone, got one response on a small job I needed done and then it was radio silence. I am not rating work that was done as I never got a chance to work with them, odds are my job was too small and not worth while. Seemed friendly in person when I met them doing some remodel work for a neighbor of mine. I didn't think to write a review but the sent me more auto generated emails asking me to write a review then I got actual contact from them so I obliged."

"Silver Hammer Remodeling was great to work with, and admittedly I have high standards for tight contracts, responsive customer service, and an eye for detail like an inspector. I've had a couple bad experiences hiring GCs so I took my time to ensure I felt comfortable. I didn’t feel pressure to sign and was impressed how quickly my inquiries were answered. Work was scheduled to meet insurance timeframes and once started took 8 hours. My entire roof was done within one day, and that work included surprise mitigation issues with a few OSB plywood & trim board replacements. It's been a couple months since complete and I've only found 2 roofing nails left from all the rubbage. That is phenomenal (they even went into my neighbor's yard to pick up some drifted scraps). For my records I was provided a comprehensive set of paperwork including detailed pictures, itemized final bill, and signed permit. The process, costs, materials, inspector communications were all very transparent. Hiring a GC can be a daunting process, so I’m happy to be a reference for an ethical & experienced company that provides great value & workmanship. Thank you!"

"Chris remodeled our main bathroom. It turned out beautifully. He is a very professional yet friendly contractor. He was quick to respond via phone or text. He listened closely to what you wanted the finish remodel to look like. He is a very hard worker and knowledgeable. I made a list of what needed to be done to finish the project and he completed each item! I would definitely recommend him for any project you have in mind.
