"My son went here for all of 3 weeks before we had to pull him out. The first day should have been a sign; they were confused when we showed up. No one knew he was coming, his name, or where he was supposed to go. When picking my son up, the teacher always gave me a laundry list of her annoyances (he asks to go potty too much, he cried a lot, he talks too much, he doesn't nap) which you would have known a lot about my son had you reviewed the paperwork I had to fill out before he started. The very last day my son went here, at drop off I saw one of the morning staff being really rough, rude, and unkind to a little girl who was playing in the sink. I messaged the director about it, apparently, they did not care and I was never contacted about it. That day, I picked up my son and there was a hand mark on his arm. Every day I went to pick him up he quite literally ran out of there. One day he came home with a bruise under his lip and his eyes were swollen and nobody said a word. My husband called and they said he had been bawling ALL DAY!!! No one even let us know. It took two weeks for the swelling on his eyes to go down and the bruising on his lip to go away. After checking the DHS licensing website and seeing what kind of violations this place has had over the years, I am happy to say we have found a much better place/program for my 2 year old to go that does not include screen time babysitting my kid. You get what you pay for."

"Sophal Chai – Kindergarten Prep Teacher - she is amazing teacher but she can't do it all single handed. And she is only teaching the K-prep so it would not be fair for the other class students. This place is very disorganized, teachers and directors get changed like crazy. Their staff turnover rate is very high, every teacher that is hired for the past three years at least has been incapable and not qualified to do the job. I had enrolled two of my children at this place, the main reason being is the place is very close to my house but the one and only reason I stayed there after seeing all this craziness that happens, is only because of that one teacher Sophal Chai. My child was enrolled in her class and i also moved my second child to her class for safety reasons. So many parent / even some outsiders like the soccer shots teacher stated that this place is very disorganized and so many concerning issues she witnessed while she runs her class on Monday mornings. She specifically told me, if it was my child enrolled here, I would not feel that he /she is safe. I had my children abused and treated poorly by these untrained workers they hire that are on their phones all the time, but they say they have no time to update the app with pictures or even activities that are happening. They are very incapable of caring for a child. For example, they called me to come get my child at nap time once because he refused to sleep and was told he did not listen to instructions. Funny thing is I showed up the moment that message was sent to me and I found my child sleeping. I asked how come they can't offer him a quiet activity if he does not want to sleep or help him calm down but instead their goal is to send him home. The current director specifically told me, her goal is to send him home whenever he does not listen to instruction instead of having a plan that would help his behavioral issues (if any). In this case the child should have been given other options. When I got there to pick him up, then I was told, he did calm down right away so to disregard that request. Very disappointing that they are expecting the children to act like an adult / robot. This does not look like a teacher or an aid that had training on how to handle kids and problem solve rather than ran away from it. My son got hurt so bad once where his arm was bleeding, and I was told the reason is because they took him out for a walk along with everyone and they left him on the wagon and another child flipped him so now my son has scar for life. When I asked if you had strapped my child why did you leave him, the teacher's answer was " we are over worked and we are given way too many kids to handle at once so we cannot focus on your child. How disappointing is this for a paying mother that is trusting the center to take good care of my child. At the end, I was called to come pick up my child so many times and I asked since they are calling me all the time, I asked if I can keep my child at home and they can refund my money, The director agreed to that and I have all that agreement in record, I have proof that is what I was told but the result was the opposite, my money was not returned to me as the owner stated that " she is not going to believe that this conversation happened so she stated that she does not even want to hear what I have to say or the evidence I had stating what was said exactly. Owner (Jamie) was very dismissive and rude. This new director was on the job for three weeks at the time and I am not sure if she made a mistake or if she was not trained as usual, she made a deal with me disconnect the service and for the payment to be refunded. I have that on the record, but owner did not even take the time to listen to my complaint or my side instead she hangs up the call. Overall, this place is horrible, and needs to be reformed. So many violations happening but I don't have time to file formal complaint and see it thru at this time. but I want other parents to know and be aware what is happening. (No camera's installed for obvious reasons:)"

"My son has been going here since he was around 18 months old he is now 4 . Let me break down the school by each category I feel Important: The teachers at this school are very cold with the exception of one being The Asian women name “MS sophal . Most of the teachers are grumpy and don't seem like they want to be there other than to collect a pay check. Don't expect them to be friendly and down to earth as the whole time I have taken my son there I have had almost no good interactions with them. They are very short tempered and very negative towards the kids. Don’t take your kids this day care #racist"

"We LOVE the Clubhouse in Rosemount! Miss Jaime is an amazing directer, she is personable, accommodating and relieves the stress of childcare. The teachers are excellent as well, Miss Lisa has been there since we began bringing our children to the center and my kids love her! We have no complaints about any of the teachers, my daughter talks about Miss Kelsey and Miss Melody all the time and it is very clear how hands on they are. As a former childcare employee at a different corporation, I highly recommend this center if you are looking for a place for your child to learn, feel comfortable, and be completely prepared for Kindergarten. Update: 3 years and another child later, we still LOVE the Clubhouse! They have opened 2 new locations since my first review as well. Still highly recommended!! Miss Chelsea is now the director in Rosemount and she is incredible. With other centers opening all over the south metro there are a lot of choices. We truly feel like part of a family- which is so important being working parents and having the relief of knowing our children are getting the best care while we are away from them."
