"Does anybody else have any concern about how many telecommunications antennas are on this building? You're literally sleeping next to cell phone towers that are connected to the walls of your room. And is there any disclosure when you sign up to live at this location that you are being exposed to high levels of radiation."

"Hello my name is Sonia Hill, my mother Annie Hill lived at Richfield towers for 12 years. During that time there has been three or four different sets of management and out of all of them Susan is actually getting things done for everybody people are mad because she moved the smoking section away from the front door it shouldn't be at the front door that's rude for everybody people on oxygen elderly people and visitors she enforces rules about loitering people get upset about that oh well everybody needs to feel safe if people don't like the rules why are they living there they can move around they don't have to stay it's not a jail what is wrong with people everybody thinks somebody owes them something Susan is doing a damn good job and you guys are just mad because she's not scared to do her job you go ahead girl you do your job and don't let them talk bad about you and if they do you just ignore them my mother thought you were a good woman and you did your job just fine so you go girl!"

"People are being unfair to Susan our manager. If you follow the rules of Richfield Towers you will be okay. If you talk to management in a polite and quiet way instead of yelling you will get much further in resolving your problems or complaints. I have lived here for 12 yrs, Is Susan strict,? Yes she is, but the problems she came in here with would drive anyone insane. We were given 9 managers in a little over 3 yrs. The ones we have had in those 3 yrs sat behind closed doors so basically the residents ran this building as they saw fit. They are not used to proper managers, and the people who posted in here EVERYONE doesn't like Susan are wrong. We needed some guidelines. and if you are given warning after warning about a problem such as NO SMOKING in the building and you continue to do so then you deserve to be evicted, or things so much worse that they have gotten away with in the past. I try and stay out of the drama around here but it makes me mad that they are trying to hang a manager out to dry, just because she is trying to make this a better place. and she is a kind person . The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because of nothing Susan has done, and they are slowly making modifications to the building and security."

"I am delighted to acknowledge the many wonderful attributes of Susan Owens the Property Manager of Richfield Towers. Ms. OWENS IS WELL ORGANIZED, CREATIVE, COURTEOUS AND CARING. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 10 YEARS AND SINCE MS.OWENS HAS BEEN OUR PROPERTY MANAGER MANY DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE CARRIED OUT IN AN EFFICIENT AND A WELL ORGANIZED FASHION. BESIDES HER MANAGERIAL SKILLS I FIND HER A KIND AND CARING PERSON. Our general population includes many disabled and handicapped residents. I have observed her first hand reaching out to them and making an effort to meet their needs. I admire her personally and professionally. Sincerely, Diane Stevens"

"If you park in the "visitor parking" spot overnight, you will wake up to your vehicle towed and costing you $182!!! Supposingly if you plan to park overnight in visitors spot, you need to get a permit to park there..... This is not posted anywhere AND the office closes at 4:30pm so just thought I'd warn innocent people and save them the headache of impoundment!"
