Peyton was so helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner, and was honest with us throughout the whole process, which we really appreciate! The apartment itself is beautiful, and the entire building is well maintained. The staff is all wonderful and kind every time I see them, I could not recommend living here enough!"

They are very welcoming and nice, they make sure to know their residents, and they also encourage a community environment within the building. They have a lot of events and through them, I’ve been able to meet other residents and make friends."

"I was one of the longest staying residents at the apartment and would recommend them. The good > Location, you are right next to 212 and 494, which will get you anywhere around twin cities. > About a mile from Costco and everything else that you can think of in EP, shopping, movies, groceries, restaurants, yadda yadda > The staff throughout my time have been excellent, they try to accommodate you to their abilities, sometimes there is only so much they can do > Pre-Pandemic, the property used to hold a monthly breakfast and a good number of summer/holiday activities/events > The place was well maintained, maintenance requests promptly addressed, energy-efficient, new construction. > Every apartment gets a heated garage spot included in rent The not so good > If your balcony is facing the west side of the property, it gets super warm in summer > The car wash next to the property is pretty noisy, and it's challenging to have windows/doors opened if you are facing Mitchell and Martin Dr > Guest Parking is sparse for the number of apartments"
