Great care and got a lot done in one day for tearing my rotator cuff. Saw the Dr and got an mri scheduled and completed all in the same day. Always leave there happy I went there. "Between regular urgent care, and the E.R., I spent 6 hrs waiting to be seen while people kept coming in and getting called back after I arrived. Then I was told about TCO Urgent Care. Barely being able to walk, it was literally less than an hour with x-rays, exam and discharge. They are very personal, and actually care about how you are doing. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!!"
"The reception staff were very nice, as was the individual I saw before the doctor (not sure if she was a nurse or not). The doctor I saw was curt and spoke too quickly for me to understand everything that was said to me. And the real slap in the face came today when I got a bill for $200 for two wrist braces! Do NOT accept equipment from these people if you can get it for yourself through CVS or Amazon - they will rip you off!! I will NEVER be back to this location. In total, I'll be paying over $1000 for an appointment where I nearly walked out because I didn't feel comfortable with the provider."
"The check in staff was awesome. I went to get a cortisone shot and did not have an appointment. The front desk looked up my prior visit and the Dr's PA was available! in less than 5 minutes, I had been given the shot and on my way home! I have found TCO to be very customer focused - they way things 'used' to be. A huge hug to Rebecca Munson of Dr. Barry's team!"
