"This is the second time we have gotten a bill for over 6 months later saying we owe them more money because our insurance “made an error”. The first time we only owed about $15 which was annoying but fine, this time we owe over $200 and double what we originally paid. When I called and asked about it, obviously upset and not understanding why our insurance is only paying about 15% suddenly even though we are still in-network, they said “yup that’s what you owe” and that was all. We also had a fiance charge of $8 saying it was past due when it wasn’t that they needed to take off. I liked coming here but this is getting ridiculous and not okay for having to pay for their mistakes."

"On a Sunday night, I scheduled two online appointments for my kids for the upcoming Friday. Only got an email saying the request was submitted and awaiting confirmation. The day of the “supposed appointment” (5 days later) I get a call saying the appointments couldn’t be made because new patients need to be booked out a week in advanced to have time to retrieve medical records. All this could have been done had someone called me the Monday after the appointments were made online. But no. No kind of effort of communication was made."

"We have seen many different doctors here. They were all ok. Some are nice, some are not so nice. I wasn’t too happy until I met dr Hollerud! He is sincere, caring, nice and listens. He really takes his time to consider everything you tell him and give best advice. I have never met a doctor that actually care. Took 1 star out because of the long waits. No matter how early or late we are we always end up waiting. Last time we went we waited 25 minutes to see the doctor."

"A couple of the providers are okay I guess but most of them are awkward and judgy and make me and my kids feel uncomfortable. They don't listen, care, or remember things about patient history. The nurses or medical assistants or whatever they are all seem bored and are super unfriendly considering they work with children. They all talk fast, quiet, and in a flat monotone- it's very odd. The front desk staff seem very unprofessional and kind of obnoxious. I wouldn't recommend this clinic."

"Consistently providing excellent care for my children and urgent care option on the weekends. UPDATE!!: Staff here is wonderful and they have a nice play area in the waiting room with a small play tower and a slide to keep your littles busy. We normally don't wait long for scheduled appointments but occasionally there's a brief wait for walk-in Urgent Care. One nice thing is they will see you as long as you make it in the front door during the posted hours. Also, a big THANK YOU to the staff who has occasionally stayed late to make sure we get the best care possible!"
