"I've been going to Dr. Tom for three decades and will never look elsewhere. He is always clear and concise with any dental plans, is honest, and truly wants what is best for his patients. I've never had a painful procedure and he has an excellent numbing technique. It's clear he loves what he does and he wants to ensure patients are well informed. Every staff member is kind, friendly, and genuine. The whole office runs on time as well. I've never been called back to an exam room late. Plus, there is a cute bird aviary in the lobby. Fun to watch them."

I can come in for an appointment and Dr. Tom will continue a conversation we began at my last appointment (a year before) like I was just there. He is fantastic with kids and has a huge heart. "I love going to the dentist! Most people probably wouldn't say that, but I truly look forward to my visits to Zumbro View. The staff do their utmost to make things comfortable. Dr. Tom even checks with me to see that each pillow (for knees and neck) is adjusted to my liking and that the blanket is securely covering my feet if I am cold. Both the dentist and hygienists are good at explaining treatment options and encouraging better care without judgment. I always know why a procedure should be done and whether it can safely be delayed. My bill has never been an issue, even when I can't pay it all at once. Everyone treats me kindly and personally. I have had check-ups, cleanings, fillings, root canals, and crowns. I have been happy with all of the work. What really stands out to me is that I feel as though I am visiting with friends. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Zumbro View Dental."
