"We brought our toddler here for her first dentist experience, after researching and contacting several family dentistries here in Rochester. It was wonderful. They went above and beyond. The location is very convenient. The receptionist made us feel immediately welcome. The finches in the waiting area are wonderful and I look forward to seeing them again. The dental hygienist, Mala, was wonderful with our daughter. She took the time to make our daughter feel at ease, answer her questions, address her concerns, and ease her into everything. It never felt rushed. Dr. Tom was professional, friendly, informative, and made us feel appreciated. Everyone treated our daughter as a little person instead of a little kid, which she appreciated. It was thrilling to see her ask questions about the tools and procedures. I could tell it set her up for good dental experiences for life. We set up a follow-up appointment and I am changing to Zumbro Family for my own dentistry as well. If you read this far, just book an appointment with them and see for yourself. PS, It seemed to help to read books about going to the dentist in the week leading up to the appointment, and our daughter mentioned them a few times"
