"BEWARE! They leave out a LOT of information out when you sign up. I asked many, many questions to ensure I fully understood what I was signing up for. The first hidden fee I did question but was willing to accept and understand.The next time when I went to freeze they played a different game. I tried to kindly work it out with the company, especially since their employee gave false information, but they were completely unwilling to accept responsibility. Too bad because I would have stayed a customer. Extremely poor management!"
