"This store offers a robust selection of Irish Whiskey, which you don't often see except at larger chains. Also, the employees are always nice and polite. I would leave BDL with something in my hand. I'm sure you will, too. I did purchase a $17 bottle of red wine that was determined spoiled when opened. The wine was murky with a vinegar taste. I attempted to return said bottle with receipt asking to replace the spoiled product or a store credit with no success. I was informed that the store does not return product. In situations like this, I would rate 3 stars but there are plenty of liquor stores in the area and therefore supporting a store that does not back their product, nor the customer proves difficult, especially during this economy. If you are a fan of Irish Whiskey, like me, it's worth checking out the selection. However, purchase with caution. Two stars."
"Today as I went to the store they have new ownership as a four weeks ago. This reman decided to tell me to hurry up as I was looking for my credit card as I got my credit card. I went to look up my PIN number on my phone. He told me to hurry up and get off the phone. It's rude to be on the phone when somebody's in line. As I'm looking for my PIN number, I will not be going back here ever again. I suggest the same for anybody else if you wanted to be treated with respect as a customer!!"
