"This company was recommended by our realtor and they were initially decent in communicating. The office receptionist got a few things wrong multiple times, but was all fixed by the time I had a tech come out. Tech came out and performed an assessment which cost ~$250 and the estimate for repairs were high as well. Tech said I should deal directly with him if I wanted to move forward. Texted the tech multiple times and was receiving responses then the communication went cold. Have not heard from him in months. Called the office and no one answers. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if they do not return my calls this week. Edit 12.21: Was able to get time scheduled. Amended review, will update once services are completed with final review. Steve was quick to reach out and resolve the scheduling issue, much appreciated. Edit: 10.23: their services seem to do the trick and they suggest reviewing every couple years. Plan on giving them a call again to do a check as the temps drop."

"Highly recommend MN Wild Animal Management. We had an issue in our attic that our inspector unfortunately missed. I called MN Wild Management after scheduling a few companies to come out and provide a quote. Scott called me within 30 minutes and took care of the whole process. Tim took care of everything and had great communication throughout the process. Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend."

"Tim, Mike and Shay are all amazing. We unfortunately were dealing raccoons in our attic and crawl spaces of our home. Tim was the first on our scene and led the charge to ensure we were taken care of. He called in Mike & Shay and these three guys proved they were professionals and made sure we were well taken care of. They communicated so well with us. They did not quit until they got out the mama and all 4 babies out of our house. It took several days, but their communication and commitment to our issue was amazing. I am grateful that a professional and class act company exists like this to help homeowners like us deal with something as frustrating and damaging as the raccoons were. "Ecotech Pest Control/Minnesota Wild Animal Management were very responsive and a good value. Josh came out to do an inspection for mice as well as treatment for ants. His work is effective and well done. So far so good, we haven’t had ants coming in, in over a week and I’ve hardly seen them around. He just sealed all the holes where mice could come in and was clear about what we could expect. Very professional and did good work. Thank you!"

"Had a great experience when I called Minnesota Wild Animal Management. I just bought a house and had an ant infestation that kept getting worse. I tried to take care of it myself first, but it wasn't working, so I tried looking into a few different places. They were very fast to get back to me, and I saw that what they use doesn't harm the environment, which was important to me. Their quick response time, knowledge, and professionalism during the whole experience is what sold me, as I still haven't heard back from the other places I contacted (although one of them is now sending me constant things in the mail). Regarding my experience, I initially scheduled a time for them to come out which was just a few days after hearing back from them - but as I live in Minnesota, they weather changes fast and there was rain, so they had to reschedule as the outside spray would be less effective after that, which I appreciate them letting me know instead of just going through with it anyway. During my appointment, Josh came to do the inspection and removal, and he was very friendly, professional, and wore a mask the whole time (during a pandemic still so I really appreciated that). After a couple weeks, we were still seeing ants around the house and when I called to let them know, he came back out again immediately to do another round, and since then I haven't seen any ants anywhere in the house. Definitely recommend using their services as I will be doing the same again in the future. Thanks!"
