"Received a collection letter from this place, I’ve never been to. Pretty sketchy place from what I’ve heard. I’d recommend going anywhere else. Reply: No this is the correct business…. DCC, the collection agency confirmed when I called them. You’re correct I’ve never been seen there, and the collection agency removed my name from the account. Why the hell would I wanna call your business? Based on your reply I’m sure I’d get the same attitude and dishonesty and be accused of being wrong or having the wrong place. I know someone who’s gone there, and saw 2 therapist who quit and left DCC after just a few sessions. Both of them. Seems like a sketchy place both to work and receive mental health services from."

"Shady business model. Seek a different office. If you have the slightest bit of concern about billing, stay away from here. Their business runs on a rate per session. You give them a card to keep on file. They submit it to billing (a woman in the twin cities who is separate from the company) who submits an invoice to your insurance. Once your insurance company gets back to them and if there is any remaining balance, they will charge your card without notification or scheduling. As most of us know, counseling, therapy and mental health isn’t typically covered by most insurances. So you pay all out of pocket until you reach your deductible. I was charged with two sessions at the same time without any statement, call or bill sent to me. I asked Katie (CEO) in our first session and she said typically with my insurance company it’s about $110/session. That was a lie. After reaching out to ask for clarification and to express my frustration with their business model, I was handed off in every direction. I finally tried expressing my concerns with a girl who answered the phone a second time. She was rude and insisted on cutting me off to tell me l need to let her speak. She put me on hold, came back and gave me the good ol’ “that’s just the way it is.” And “My hands are tied.” I’m giving them two stars instead of one because Katie was indeed helpful in my sessions with her. But the billing is shady and predatory and I cannot condone working with a business that acts in that manner. They also have their staff write positive reviews to bury the real reviews."

"I waited weeks for an assessment for a therapist then waited weeks to be told they don't have any more therapists and it's nothing personal...then why not tell me the day I made an appointment? Horrible agency. Waste of time!"
