"Made a reservation for lodging beginning August 6th. Called July 29 to cancel and was told the deposit was not refundable. This policy was neither disclosed nor confirmed in any manner when the reservation was made. I was told they cannot back out the charge to my credit card because they do not store card information. Offered to provide the card information again and was told I don't understand their card system."

"My wife and I were needing a relaxing time away and we found it. Andrew and his wife made things very comfortable (the cabin was awesome) and they were quick to tell of great places to eat and which sights to see. Highly recommended!"
