"Rude front desk staff. Bugs on the bed. Staff took a picture. Stated the room got sprayed and there shouldn't be any bugs. Asked the staff to send me a picture of the bug x3 with zero reply. Refused to give a refund. Go a few miles up the road to Cambridge."
