"I came into the store and asked for postage stamps as I just got back from a trip to Maryland. I wanted to send cards to family members to give thanks. The customer service rep, Lily stated I don’t think we have them and sent me on my way. She didn’t even check. I went to another store and they were out. I went back to this location and spoke with EJ. He was exceptional and granted me the best costumer service by acknowledging my request and following through. They had stamps. When I addressed this with Lily, her response was, how many do we have……… ok. She did apologize after. Big shout out to EJ. Much appreciated!!!!! You’re the reason this service flows the way it does. -Amanda"

"It would be helpful if there was a sign on the car wash stating wether it's a soft touch or touch free. I'm not finding out til I pay for the wash. Then I learn that it only has brushes and it bends my front license plate."
