"To whom it may concern: I am responding to a rather rude approach that was just given to me in regards to a payment. First, I had not been notified which date the payment would be processed, and like all adults needing to pay bills, due dates are essential to budgeting. Secondly, it has not even been 24 hours since you have tried processing the payment; when you called you did not announce yourself or who you represented on the call and so I assumed this was a spam call. Further, per MN law, you have to wait at least 90 days after attempting to get payment so please do not attempt to violate my legal rights. Finally, an email was sent with a assumption that I hung up on you, rather than a spam call, along with a threat, rather than an inquiry of what circumstances might have led up to an inability to make the payment (such as me freezing the account due to suspicious activity, which is exactly what happened) is a completely unprofessional manner to address current, potential, or previous clients. In addition, I am utterly disappointed that I am being treated in such a manner from a therapist's receptionist. Please let me know if you have any questions, otherwise after my accounts are active I will make a payment, although begrudgingly.
