"I was sent to collections for a missed payment. I have no records of this alleged appointment that I missed. I had 5 appointment and went and paid for all 5, but they said I scheduled a 6th appointment for weeks after the initial 5 appointments and never went and never paid for it. After weeks of back and forth with Insight, they determined that they only sent out one letter for a missed payment (which their policy is to send out three prior to sending notice to collections) and that we never received, most likely because we had a change of address. They keep saying that we scheduled this appointment on the phone, but we have no records of this. I would recommend not doing any counseling here."
