"I initially chose this clinic as it was close by and covered by insurance. It has been 5 years now and I genuinely love my dental hygienist and dentist. I rave about them every chance I get, especially my dental hygienist Graham. Dr. Hulse is great as well, but I haven't really needed any involved dental work. My husband grew up in India and dental health wasn't prioritized. His dental ealth was in rough shape and had been in chronic pain for many many years. As soon as I could get him into my dental clinic, I did! Before we bounced around based on what his insurance would accept and we had so many dentists and hygienists recommend expensive deep cleanings as my husband's teeth were very stained with years of packed on tartar. He also needed extensive work done, fillings, root canals, etc. As soon as my husband met with Graham he dismissed those other hygienists and got to work with his usual tools and care. My husband's teeth came out WHITE. It was honestly unbelievable. You don't understand how amazing that felt for him, it's something that if you grow up with dental care you wouldn't even think twice about it, but Graham took on a challenge other hygienists wouldn't and absolutely changed my husband's life. With this kind of care it really feels like we're going to see a friend every six months, he just happens to also be poking around in my mouth, haha! Other reviews mention this clinic doesn't respond to emergencies. My experiences couldn't be more different. My husband received nothing but professional dental work, but his cap fell off, initially we were pretty upset because it's very expensive to replace and also it hadn't even been a year! Dr. Hulse took it upon himself to fix it immediately and took full responsibility with no questions asked! Another time I had a dental scare, called in and he addressed it immediately. In that moment he asked me to send a picture and within five minutes I was given reassurance. I can imagine other dentists would've just relegated me to setting up an appointment with the front desk. I love that he took the time to take care of me. I LOVE PARK DENTAL MAC-GROVELAND!!!! I am downright shocked by the low reviews."
