CVS Pharmacy

"Want to pick up medication yesterday and they had refilled the wrong one and said the one that the doctor had just sent wasn’t in the computer and it couldn’t be refilled. We had just left the doctors office so when I called the clinic they said it was sent over at 9:16. I called back the pharmacy and they said OK."

"The pharmacist is so rude, the website states that an appointment for certain COVID vaccines is not required. I arrived and was polite, she said “no sorry you need an appointment.” I then read her what CVS states and she came up with multiple excuses as to why she couldn’t help me. I also made an “I’m ready now” appointment for this location and she was extremely stubborn."

"I would drive an hour out of my way to avoid this pharmacy if I had to. I have never had a worse experience. The guy is a complete jerk and the lady couldn't care less. Avoid at all costs. My daughter had strep and her prescription was sent here. They told my wife they didn't have it, so my wife called Cub, who said they did, and it was sent there. Cub had the wrong mg/ml and needed the CVS pharmacist to adjust the dosage, except CVS takes forever to answer the phone, if at all. So it was suggested I go back to Target to ask the pharmacist to adjust it, which I did. When I get there I find out they have the same mg/ml Cub had. When I asked if she could adjust it, she seemed totally disinterested in helping, but finally agreed. So much time wasted because they are too lazy and apathetic to do their job. I received a text a couple of weeks ago that my own prescription was ready. I still had quite a bit left so didn't get around to picking it up today. When I gave the technician my information, she just looked at me dumbfounded and said they didn't have anything. She asked to see the text. I showed her and she, again, looked confused. She said she could see the last time I picked it up, and could see my doctor cancelled it the 21st. They texted me the 22nd saying it was ready. If my doctor cancelled it (which I was never told, a whole separate issue) WHY WOULD YOU TEXT ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAY IT'S READY???"

"No wonder their ratings are so low! I have always had decent experiences. Maybe the 3x I've been there. This time, they were incredibly horrible! I had a new rx today at a clinic, I wanted all of my rx to be filled at the clinic. The clinic couldn't give me both rx because one script was sent to the wrong pharmacy then corrected to cvs stillwater. However, like mentioned, since i was at the clinic, i wanted to get all of the rx at the same time. The clinic pharmacy called cvs to have the script transferred. Cvs got patie t info & rx info. The clinic pharmacist was on hold for about 15 mins. He called again, was greeted by a lady then the lady hun up on him. I waited at least 30 Mins. I saw and heard the conversation for the request of transfer of script. CVS refused to pick up the phone to transfer the script. I got tired of waiting. I called and the pharmacy tech, told her I needed the rx script transfered. She said she couldn't do anything about it and the pharmacist would answer the phone when he wanted to. I understand the pharmacist could get busy but it only takes 1 minute to transfer a script."

"I stopped to pick up a script and as I walked up this man started closing the gate right in my face. I have been sick for days and it took everything I had to get to the pharmacy that day just to have him pull the gate down because they were going on lunch. What pharmacy does that!! Can they not have someone managing the register for scripts that have already been filled?? I work in a hospital and I can tell you that they don't shut down for lunch. What an incredible inconvenience and poor customer service. I will never have Target CVS fill another prescription. I only sent them there from the Urgent Care as it was close to home but in the future I will drive out of my way. Shame on you CVS. Not good customer service especially when people are feeling their absolute worst. Fix it!! Selena Running"
