"I have brought several vehicles to the hi-ten crew and the results are always honest and straight forward."
"Brought in my car with cruise control not working. I had other shops look at it and the cost to fix it was very high. Shawn and the hi-ten crew got it fixed and reprogrammed for 1/3 of the cost and even did a safety check on the car and found a few issues and resolved them. Bring your vehicles to hi-ten if you want the most honest real world repairs and service. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!"

"In response to the owner's response: "I'm sorry you feel that way" implies 1) you're not sorry for what actually happened, and 2) it's my fault for feeling that way. YOUR man told me that you knew what was going on with the car, that you would do the inspection, and you were not there that day, even though I made an appointment in advance. I DID NOT request you specifically. YOUR mechanic told me that you were not there, and you knew what was going on, not them. He was willing to look at the car but couldn't guarantee anything as far as when he would get to it. I don't blame him, I blame the person who accepted the appointment and then wasn't there and didn't communicate that to the other guys. And when I show up, RIGHT ON TIME, the mechanics didn't know anything about an appointment. I also notice that in each review with a complaint, the shop owner's response is - more or less - it's not our fault, it's your fault. Do you want to do business with someone who doesn't take ownership without minimizing or passing the buck? I don't."
