"DO NOT RENT HERE! My partner and I are currently renting and it has been the worse experience so far. Our toilet gets clogged every week, we have to call the maintenance guy every single week to fix it. And they don’t even come till HOURS LATER. And it especially sucks when no one is ever in the office !!! . And on The Weeknd’s you have to call an emergency number, go through a whole report, and then wait a few hours till a plumber comes!. Our linen closet never had a door! The door has been laid against the wall since we moved in, in October !!! And then we have made multiple calls and made multiple maintenance request for maintenance to come in TWICE FOR IT to get measurements, for them to tell me it will be 4-6 weeks . Months has passed and nothing. Had to call the office and they told me that “we don’t have anyone to fix it, it’s back order” as if that’s my problem ? Why rent an apartment where the toilet doesn’t work, there no door in the linen closet, we have patches of carpet missing, there’s a crack in the mirror when we moved in, and currently as I’m typing this review we do not have HOT WATER!! And has there been any adjustments to the rent ? NO we still pay full rent for an apartment that barely works. Currently I am reporting this building to the city ! Update: 03/03/2024 - My toilet was clogged today AGAIN! my partner had to call the office to unclog it, Instead of actually fixing the toilet and not just temporary fixing the situation the maintenance wants to blame US that where probably flushing wipes down the toilet, WE ARE NOT! THE maintenance AND THE OFFICE are more the welcome to pull out any wipe that is stuck if that's true! they are also welcome to check my trash every day to see that all wipes are in the trash can! its just my partner and I, TWO GROWN ADULTS that live in are apartment, we know that after we wipe to put in the trash can! They want to say that our toilet is the only one that does that! well if our toilet is the only one that does that find an actual solution to fix. I highly doubt we are the only one though because our neighbors have the same issues !!! Neighbors TALK"

"This is worest apartment I have ever lived in my life. Because of I made report couple times for the maintenance no one be attention and fixed it yet.however the atmosphere in this building isn't bad. But some of my neighbors are noise, louder music, jumping up and down, and also they were knocking the walls between us constantly. Therefore we need to see the resident are happy and enjoying living in this building."

"Updating review to be reflect negative changes in the living situation here. After boiler repairs this past Fall, my wall has super loud hammering and management is literally ignoring my request to come listen to it citing 'that is just pipes in the wall and normal' even though it didn't happen the past 4 years prior. This is disappointing as it's otherwise a nice place to live, but I would like to pay rent to management that tries to resolve issues rather than ignoring them, so I would hesitate to tell you to live here at present."

"New management is great. I had a lot of issues with the previous management and ended up rushing to buy a house and left shortly after the new management came, but they are so amazing and kind. They’re super approachable, easy-going, and responsive. I would have stayed longer if they were running the place when I was still there. They seem to really be fixing things!! ✨"

"Was served an eviction notice after paying rent on the 3 of this month which was the first time paying at that date. I usually pay on the 1st every month for the past 2 years of living here. This company gives us tenants until the 3rd of every month before there is an extra charge. I did pay my rent at 7:18 this morning on 06/03/2023 and they came to my home around 11 am and served me with an eviction notice warning! Really? How unprofessional this company is. It’s really gone downhill since I’ve moved here. Update 08/26/2023 so we’ve had a leak in the kitchen due to the drains being clogged and it’s leaking out through the dishwasher that we don’t even use and haven’t used once since we’ve lived here. We’ve been trying to get a hold of the property management and their maintenance emergency line but we haven’t been able to get through for 2 days now. Tomorrow is Sunday so I’m assuming we won’t get a hold of anybody until Monday. There’s definitely some wall damage now and there was with the previous leak as well. The maintenance guy brushed it off and said oh it’s fine don’t worry about it. The water leaking is causing the wall to crack by the baseboards and it’s also expanding. I guess that’s their fault since they do not respond to emergency maintenance calls right away. Now they are going to be dealing with way more then just a leak! If I need to take this company to court for their negligence I will!"
