"I was very impressed with how beautiful and well kept the entire property is. The staff is very kind and informative. I was on my tour with Devon , and he was able to answer every question I had and made me feel at ease and welcomed . I just moved in and everyone here is very friendly , and the office staff are all so attentive and welcoming !"

"Meeting with the staff was nice and they were very very helpful and welcoming! The apartments on the other hand need to be completely gutted and remodeled there is no way for that price and the condition they were in would be worth that price. Staff and friendliness 10/10 Updates heavily needed 4/10"
"I have been living minnotenka apartment hills for one year I have received a lot bad experience . Our floor smell weed we have complained for the management many times but they the did nothing, the office staff are not professional. They act like owner, but not like employees . some times treated us a rude and unethical way. The building is in good location but doesn’t have a good management 9 months ago, If I can give a 0 star, I would for this apartment. Future tenants should be wary of the people who run this apartment. Vector this reason we will not renew our lease"
"So far our experience has been great. Love stopping in to chat/work with folks in the office. Kelly is super nice and easy to talk to about any questions or concerns! My only complaint is the parking. At night, the parking lot fills up and there are no spots to park in, this means that if you leave the apartment after 8, sometimes there will be no place to park when you get back. It’s a long walk if you can’t find a spot in the lot. I had to purchase an underground parking spot - which is worth it because it’s a nice heated garage… But I feel like there should be enough space in the huge lot to not be worried about finding a parking spot or having guests come over on a Friday night."
