"Went through the drive through 3/1/2024 for a taco salad sour cream was out dated 2/8/2024 the chips were out dated 2/17/2024. The 4 pieces of tomatoes were from the top and the lettuce had more brown then green. Will never go back to the forest lake Wendy's worst food ever."
"Food is fantastic. Double cheeseburger is HUGE! With real ground beef patties. The only reason I went to Culvers to eat today was that I can buy 2 meals for the cost of one at Wendy's! Why is Wendy's so much more expensive? Culvers is just as good but much cheaper."
"Too many to list Rude people , Food is always cold bun’s dry and cracked, I showed my food to the manager and she argued with me. Another morning we pulled in at 6:53 and the girl that’s worked there forever never took order so we pulled up to the window, she opened the window and told us they weren’t ready and slammed the window shut. Done giving them chances !!"
"Waited over 4 minutes at the counter, with no one else in the restaurant, to be asked if I wanted anything. The employee - who appeared to be the shift boss - could not have been more indifferent. She seemed annoyed I was there and really seemed annoyed when I asked her what was standard on a hamburger. The Coca Cola machine only had a few options of pop (if you’re one who likes a variety). Loud music also."
"I use to go to this wendy’s after work around 11pm and loved it. Now, 6 months later, the service and food has gotten worse and worse. The bacon is soggy when it used to be the best crispy bacon and it seems like every time I go there my wait gets longer and longer for someone to take my order despite being the only customer in line. I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes and I wasn’t helped at all and nobody let me know you were closed. I can understand if y’all close at 11 but it says you close at Midnight every night so at least have the human decency to tell the customer that you closed at 11 instead of making them sit for 10 minutes"
