"I was really optimistic about this place based off of reviews, but it's really not worth the rent. Fellow residents are nice but within the first few weeks of moving in there's been issue after issue. Our floorboards began to shift leaving big gaps, the vinyl on the cabinetry is peeling, upon move in our garbage disposal was leaking dirty water, our dish washer is on its last leg, ceiling fans are missing chains, fixtures have cracks, loose blinds were on the ground upon move in, and I've seen mice running in the halls. The elevator also seems to be broken frequently. The carpeting in our bedroom was very obviously stained from previous tenants living here, and the heating vents were caked with some kind of animal hair. The underground parking is a nice perk, and there is a lot of storage. The woman who maintains the common areas and halls is very sweet, and does a wonderful job of keeping the place up as best she can, but maintenance is rude and not very prompt. Additionally, the fire alarm has gone off three times in the past 2 months because of some fault in the alarm, and according to the Fire Deparment, management was made aware of the issue quite some time ago."

"I have lived here now 6 months & it has been amazing! The staff are so friendly & caring! The residents are respectful & friendly. If you're looking for a pet friendly place this is definitely top notch! If you have any maintenance issues they respond fast. They use email to communicate instead of leaving annoying notes in your door! Also their package receiving locked room is so convenient! You get an email with a code as soon as your package arrives! Great place!"

"I lived here from 2007 - 2012, and again from 2014 - 2015. My original experience there had the non-renovated apartment. I loved it. I lived in the one bedroom apartment facing north on the third floor next to the south stairwell. The downside was loud cars in the parking lot at times, and sometimes noise from the hallway. It cannot be stressed enough how there was almost no noise from neighbors. Even the stairwell was relatively quiet. My bedroom backed up to the cable room, so the stairwell noise was really limited. There was a free storage room and a free parking space underground. The trash chute was something I even miss to this day. I moved out because rent was getting too high and I didn't realize I was a valued tenant and Tina would have likely negotiated to make me stay. Unfortunately I found a new place before letting her know. I moved to another apartment complex (also wrote a review for it), and regretted it. I moved back almost as soon as I was able, and eerily enough I was able to get back into my EXACT SAME UNIT. This time it was renovated. It was exceptional except for the laminate flooring -- just a drop of liquid gets on the floor and it puckered! Tina was the best apartment manager I've ever worked with. I don't know if she still works there, but she was excellent. The only reason I moved out (and paid to break my lease) was because we decided to buy a house shortly after renewing our lease. Still is the best apartment living experience I've ever had or ever heard of from my friends and family. The neighborhood is not great, but it keeps the rent down! And underground parking means you never have to worry about cleaning snow off your car, shoveling your car out, or moving your car for the lot to be plowed! Even though I own a house now, I still find things I miss about this place."

"Great place to live. Office staffs are really helpful. Living here for the past 2+ years finding everything better comparing the same budgeted apartments. The key facilities that make you amaze are controlled building access, party hall , heated underground parking, monitoring cameras, car wash, 24 hour emergency maintenance, inside Trash chutes, elevator access, tenant storage. It’s also pet friendly i got a chance to have parakeet in my home. The underground heated parking and trash chutes really going to help you all through Minnesota winter. Close access to cub foods, Dominos, Target, BP, planet fitness and dollar tree in sunray mall The fitness centre and BBQ grilling area - don’t expect more on this. Well designed floor plans with good spacious designs.. good closet space and a balcony will make you love to choose Suncliff"

"I lived here for a year from July 2016 - June 2017. Management was very courteous and professional, and maintenance requests were followed through somewhat quickly. For minor things, it took about a week or less. The apartment itself was wonderful, fully renovated, and a great deal for your money. There are very nice people living in the building. The only con is that the neighborhood is a bit sketch and it's close to the I 94 freeway, so you get traffic noise. But it makes it really convenient if you need to access the freeway. Also the building is not smoke free, which bothered me and made it hard to sit out on my balcony. Other than those things, I enjoyed my time here."
