"The pharmacy couldn't fill my boyfriend's antibiotic, and didn't tell us it was an antibiotic until it was too late. Now he's been admitted to the hospital due to this medication being on backorder for almost a week. Change pharmacies if I were you, unless you want to wait for your medications and they just don't tell you what it is. These people don't care about your well being!!!"

"For several years, I have expected meds delivered according to our previous agreement. Today, I discovered that automatic scheduled delivery is not available anymore. (How was I to know that!) A person answering the phone called me rude for asking for clarification. She said she was busy, because the policy made her job more difficult! How is that my problem? I can't move to Walgreens, my neighbors say service there is worse. I do have one option -- to move all my meds to mail order once more, I am condemned to dealing with a robot call.
