CVS Pharmacy

"We have been loyal customers of this Pharmacy for over eight years and we still continue to do so. However, we are thinking of changing since the drive thru service is almost always not available anymore. I hope CVS takes a note and takes action to improve this. This has been the case for many months now."

"I called at 4:45p.m. (the pharmacy closes at 6p.m.) I was told I called the wrong store. (My CVS store's phone number is saved in my phone, because I have a monthly prescription.) Once I finally convinced them I was calling the right store, they had my prescription, and they should fill my prescription, they put me on a muffled hold where they asked, "well, should I just tell her we won't fill it, because it's almost close." This is the treatment I get every single month. I have been going to this CVS for 9 years. I never have the same person twice; though, it feels like there's this label under my profile that says "degrade her." I'm always treated as though I am a second class citizen, and today, I was lied to, straight (or rather, while avoiding eye contact) to my face. Yes, I switched to a target CVS over the last 3-4 months, and it's been great, but that's 5 miles from my home and this CVS is across the street. All I needed was my prescription, so I could go to work in the morning. Instead, I'm sitting in my garage in tears, because I, once again, let these awful people get to me. Because I asked CVS for my printed receipt and questioned why I didn't have any coupons. Thanks, Olivia. I hope you get to read and see all of this and remember that every person you meet hopes for a friendly experience, and you just proved that this CVS has no interest in honesty or kindness."

"Always out of stock of my prescription since June of 2022. When i call - staff suggests i call local competitor pharmacies to check if they have any in stock rather than looking for other CVS locations that may be in stock in their computer system. Staff also states that "they have no idea when new shipments will come in." Will not be returning to fill medications at this pharmacy."

"The employees are wonderful and hard working, but do NOT get your photos printed at this location. I’ve tried a couple times and I think something is wrong with the printer, high resolution photos are always a little inky and look off."

"Mandeep who is the casher is rude to the customers and then continued her attitude when I told her I would be letting their manager know about my experience. She said good I hope you do call. I was trying to let her know that the online stated the pharmacy was open 24 hours and that the manager should try and change it to the proper hours. I have been coming to CVS for many year and have never received such terrible service from a store employee."
