"I’ve been a life long customer of Brinks but no more. Wanted to purchase one yard of 1-2 inch stone but my truck could only carry half yard at a time. I asked if they could scoop half of it in my truck and come back later for the other half. I was told that I could purchase a yard of stone and watch them load and stop when I was at my trucks limit. So basically half a yard for the price of one. I was told that if that was not acceptable I could shovel the half yard into my truck. Walked out and said that I would give my business to someone that better accommodates my needs. That would be Birch Tree Bark and Stone. They totally accommodated my needs and were very pleasant. I will never go back to Brinks"
"Called Brink to have some bark hand installed around my house. I estimated yardage too high, but because the crew kept good track, I only paid for what they used. David and Bryce did a great job on the install. They were very thorough, using pitch forks to place as compared to just dumping it out. They also hand spread around the plants and bushes. Once they were done, they broomed off the driveway as well as several large rocks in the landscape and then raked up anything in the yard. These two young men worked very hard and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use Brink again."
"Had a great experience at Brinks this weekend. I'd never bought mulch in bulk before and wasn't exactly sure what to do or expect. Everyone I met was nice and very helpful even when they could clearly tell I'd never done that before. The woman in the sales office was incredibly friendly. She saw my truck and suggested I get a yard and a half instead of 2, to make sure it all fit. The man who loaded the mulch into my truck was also very friendly and pleasant. I love the color of the mulch I purchased (light brown) and will definitely go back to Brink Wood Products in the future."
