The Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy has worked with the Michigan DNR to create a new State Game Area within the preserve, and the LaGrange Valley Wetlands is their newest and largest nature preserve. Thanks to generous donations, the fundraising goal for the LaGrange Valley Wetlands has been met.
