My check engine light came on the day before I was set to drive to South Carolina for vacation and they were able to get in right away and had my car fixed the next day. They were in constant communication with me and their estimate was easy to read (and understand for someone with ZERO knowledge of vehicle repairs). Their rates were fair, and they were very patient with me while I asked a million and one questions. The tech was able to explain what repairs could wait until after my vacation, and what couldn't wait (in a way that I understood).
