"Rude service from customer service. My package arrived 6 days back and i was calling everyday to make sure it moves but they kept it on hold for a whole week. At last they gave it to third party delivery and gave me wrong tracking number for the third party delivery. Whenever i cal dhl, the automated line is not accepting the tracking number i give. Such a bad service. I hope this review helps to new customers. I am not gonna use this service and I recommended all my friends to not use this service. "Atrocious service! The driver drove right by my house and reported that my address was wrong. It was not. I’ve been on the phone with customer service for days as they continue to promise delivery but hold my package. I can’t get real time information. Tracking is not updated. And I can’t just go pick up my package from their shipping center which seems more reliable than waiting on their delivery."
