Granot Loma

The estate features a 140 foot-long Great Room with a massive fireplace, a chandelier made from a giant tree root, totem poles, and more. Originally built between 1919 and 1923 by Louis Graveraet Kaufman, Granot Loma is the largest log cabin in the world and a National Historic Landmark. Restored in 1987 by Tom Baldwin, this estate has a rich legacy of powerful men who have influenced events. Gerald Ford even considered using Granot Loma as his Western White House.
