"Disappointed in their response. Couldn’t do same day which I can understand but they have no indication of when they would be out the next day. Called at 9:30 am the next morning to see if there was a time they could give me. First office girl couldn’t handle my question so she said the other girl would call back . Other girl called back and indicated the technician wanted to know if we brushed the cobwebs from the sensors!! Are you kidding me? I waited another 2 hours for her to call back. I decided to go with Precision who was here within 1 hour!"

Made sure everything was working right before they left and made sure we understood how to use everything. No mess left behind!
