Beginning 10/02/23, the grass area inside the track and around the Palmer Field Temporary Facility will be closed for renovations, with the field expected to reopen in late spring. Adjacent to the CCRB, Palmer Field is a popular spot for recreational activities and is available for rental. Accessible from any of the four corners of the field, visitors can also enjoy nearby tennis courts and basketball pads located to the south of the field and track.

Cardinal Field, located at 3805 Geddes Road in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is a stadium that embodies a Championship Mindset, Integrity, Christ Centered values, and Servant Leadership. Pets are not allowed on Concordia's campus, including athletic sites. The field is home to the Football, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, and Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse teams, with the stadium being completed in 2015 and dedicated to CUAA President Emeritus Rev. Dr. Patrick T. Ferry in 2021. In addition to these sports, Cardinal Field also hosts the Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Cheer, STUNT, and Dance teams, with the interior being renovated in 2018. The Baseball and Softball teams have their own fields equipped with locker rooms, batting cages, and bullpens. The Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field teams also use the field for practice, with the complex being built in 2018 and dedicated to Kay Haab in 2019.
