"Not only did the team manage to get me in the same day I called, they fixed my problem and confirmed my suspicion that another dentist was calling for unnecessary treatment to milk my insurance. Everyone was beyond kind and very willing to explain what was going on. I was given options and the pros and cons of the choices which made me feel seen rather than simply being told this is what has to happen to me. During the procedure there were constant check-ins to make certain I was doing okay and when I wasn’t the problem was quickly fixed. I had an amazing dentist as a child but never found one after, until today.
